Fears Fed laws may prevent faith sharing

THE federal government’s proposed anti-discrimination bill may prevent people sharing their faith in public, says Anglicare South Australia’s CEO Peter Sandeman.
“Christians believe we shouldn’t discriminate who we deal with. Freedom to speak out is as much part of Jesus example as his non-discriminatory approach,” Sandeman said.
“Blurring of the tariff to the level of offense of vilification on religious grounds means freedom of speech might be restricted.” ...
