The Islamic Social Club presented “Women in Islam” on May 7 at Whitehorse 105, featuring Dr. Ghada Ellithy and Dr. Rania Hussein, two Muslim women.
The main goal of the seminar was to remove the misconception that women in Islam are oppressed and don’t get the equal rights as the men.
