“We are investigating to find out who is behind this brutal beheading, but he was killed after receiving a call by someone asking him out,” provincial police chief Dawlat Khan Zadran told AFP.

Looks like the brutal beheading has allah's fingerprints all over it, going by the blasphemous book that isn't to be burnt by its intended victims:
When your Lord revealed to the angels: I am with you, therefore make firm those who believe. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them. (Sura 8:12)
