Judge Says Islamic Center Can Stay, but Owes Rent

Consolidated Edison cannot evict the developer of a controversial Islamic community center in Lower Manhattan, though the tenant does owe at least hundreds of thousands of dollars in back rent, according to a Manhattan judge.
