Oklahoma youth learn about religious diversity during interfaith tour

Muslim teen Areebah Anwar, of Norman, had never stepped foot inside a church before her visit Sunday to an Orthodox Christian church.

Casey Easter, a Christian youth from Enid laughed at the jokes Muslim leaders told at an Oklahoma City mosque.

And Christians James Lee and Jacob Gilbert held a sacred Torah scroll at a Jewish temple.

The teens visited different houses of worships Sunday as part of the Oklahoma Conference of Churches' 2011 Interfaith Youth Tour.
