More 9/11 "hijacked a great religion" nonsense

Kean praises Islamic community

Sep. 21, 2011
LAKEWOOD — The radical jihadists behind 9/11 unjustly took a great religion and made it synonymous with the horrific events, the chairman of the commission that investigated the circumstances surrounding the terrorist attacks told an audience at Georgian Court University Tuesday night.

“We have a tremendous country and the Islamist community is loyal to this country,” former New Jersey Gov. Thomas H. Kean said during a question-and-answer period following his talk about 9/11 and its aftermath.

Kean, who was chairman of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States, more commonly known as the 9/11 Commission, spoke to audience of about 220 people.
